Our Refunds Policy System

International customers, did you receive my returned items?

After we receive your shipment, we will email you to inform you that your discount has been applied. Once the assets are received, they will be added to your records. This can take anywhere from 5-10 days. Please allow 24 hours for backup items to be prepared if you have multiple requests within the same bundle. It takes a different time for your package to reach you depending on where it’s being returned.

Refunds can only be claimed if the cards were not used.

  • We will refund you if the payment hasn’t been received, but it is in an authorized state
  • Refunds can only be requested within 3-7 days after receiving the card.
  • A refund is not possible if the product/service has been delivered in good faith.
  • Refunds can only be applied to a single order, and not for the whole bunch.
  • Preloaded cards are not eligible for the return policy. We offer a 50% refund in certain instances.
  • Only the price of the claim will be refunded No processing fees.
  • You will be refunded after reviewing your details. Please take your time.
  • Refunds will be determined based on the order type.
  • A gift that you have sent from your wallet to another person cannot be refunded, even if it is a mistake.
  • A withdrawal from your wallet cannot be reversed.
  • We will refund your account fund. We don’t accept any other payment method.
  • The transaction fee or processing fee charged by the wallet will not be refunded.
  • We are available to answer any questions.
